CEU Guidelines

In order to receive CEU’s for this .9 CEU Class, the following guidelines must be followed:

1.      Each class will be taught to ten participants. Students late to class, or any other delays will not count as contact time for CEUs.

2.      Students are expected to be present for all classes.  In the event that a circumstance beyond a participant’s control results in absence, the following standards have been established so that the participant can still earn CEUs for the course

If a student has to miss a class, Dr. Knudsen will determine the nature of the makeup work. Proof of the makeup work must be included with the individual’s completed Participant Training Evaluation.  The participants will be given an MP3 Recording of the class to listen and be able to summarize in at least three paragraphs, what was learned from the class/MP3. The summary must be submitted to The ImageMaker, Inc ®

To clarify, In order to earn CEUs, participants will have to fully participate in all classes, download an MP3 and complete an evaluation if they attend all classes/seminars.

No more than 15% of classes can be missed.  If it is more than 15% the student must make up the class the next time it is offered, in order to earn CEUs.
