this agreement is signed, or additional charges may be levied for
administration work, which will be agreed upon between The ImageMaker,
Inc.® and the student. Due to the information being registered and
trademarked with government offices as Intellectual Property, there are no returns or refunds
for any program once the agreement has been signed. You have one year to complete the program without an additional charge of $1000 that would be levied for administration and AICI requirements. This agreement becomes a
legally binding instrument when signed by the learner and accepted by The
ImageMaker, Inc.®
The
language of this agreement is not negotiable. I agree to settle any dispute in
the Tennessee County deemed by The ImageMaker,Inc® legal counsel. The
ImageMaker, Inc.® has been in
business since l985 and the company’s mission is to exceed your expectations.
Applicant has read this agreement,
understands and consents to its terms.
