What is the ImageMaker Four Step Process?

The Four Step Process is the process in which you would evaluate an individual. These assessments can prove how well a person can work with a certain team, if they can handle a promotion, if they should be hired and more.


Step One:

Self Esteem

 

The Tennessee Self Concept Scale (TSCS) consists of 100 self-descriptive items by means of which an individual portrays what he or she is, does, likes, and feels. The scale is intended to summarize an individual's feeling of self-worth, the degree to which the self-image is realistic, and whether or not that self-image is a deviant one. The TSCS provides an overall assessment of self-esteem, and measures five external aspects of self-concept (moral-ethical, social, personal, physical, and family) and three internal aspects (identity, behavior, and self-satisfaction). In addition, crossing the internal and external dimensions results in the mapping of fifteen "facets" of self-concept.

The Attribute Index measures an individual's internal ability by separating intrinsic, extrinsic and systemic values.
