The ImageMaker, Inc. Partners have completed and excelled in Level I & Level II Certification. They are women of the utmost character and integrity. Under the direction of Joyce Knudsen, Ph.D., AICI CIM the Partners will be training students in The ImageMaker, Inc. courses.

Bonnie Sundquist Rogers started her professional career as a Registered Nurse in 1977. In 1986, she earned her BSN. and became the Nurse Recruiter at a major hospital in Melbourne, FL. It was during these years, that Bonnie developed a keen sense of professional image and how it made an impact on that important first impression in the business world. Bonnie earned an M.B.A. in 1992 and took her training and education to a higher level. She left the Nursing Profession and became an award-winning director with a major Skin Care and Cosmetics Company. For the last 15 years, she has taught and trained many women in the proper procedures of skin care and the appropriate application of cosmetics to achieve the professional look. As part of her professional responsibilities, she also trained and mentored many women in building their own successful independent businesses. Additionally, she successfully mentored four women to sales director leadership positions of their own.

Bonnie has formed her own image and communication company, and has brought together all her knowledge and talents gained from experience, education, and training to provide a holistic approach to professional image design. Her company, Image Investment Institute, provides training in all areas of image focusing on creating a lasting first impression by dressing for success in the business world, business verbal and non-verbal communication and business etiquette. The mission of The Image Investment Institute is to provide a positive difference to men and women of all walks of life aspiring to achieve a better image and personal presentation. This complete image-consulting firm is dedicated to providing ongoing support and personal attention that will enable individuals and corporations to achieve their goals and reach their highest potential.

Deborah Carr is the Founder and CEO of Carr Image Group, LLC, a self-esteem and personal development company, based in Colorado. The mission of the company is to “create and deliver world class training and educational support and programs that focus on civility, etiquette, image and protocol”. She has extensive corporate training and management experience with a major U.S. based airline, where she delivered Diversity and Teamwork training programs in Chicago, Honolulu, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Deborah is a co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Advisors for a non-profit organization, The Potter’s Vessels. This organization provides customized educational opportunities for young girls and women to help build positive image, self-awareness and social etiquette.

Deborah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She also has certifications from Dale Carnegie Leadership Training and The ImageMaker, Inc. Additionally, she has completed numerous corporate and self-directed educational pursuits in the areas of business, counseling, computer science, image, training, teamwork and diversity. Her professional memberships are with The Association of Image Consultants International, the National Association of Professional Women and Cambridge Who’s Who.

Deborah has a strong commitment to personal excellence and her goal is to assist others in discovering and maximizing their individual assets, or in her words their

A dynamic, creative professional with a background of proven success in diverse communications including marketing, public relations, and training, Onorina Zinicola is a respected leader with the outstanding ability to enhance organizational success.

In 2008, Ms. Zinicola launched a new venture in partnership with The ImageMaker, Inc. in Brentwood, Tennessee as a Communication Strategist and Trainer. As the driving force behind business growth for Onorina Zinicola Enterprises in Massachusetts, she spearheads an organization designed to provide image enhancement for both individuals and organizations through specialized education and motivation. Conducting comprehensive training in self-esteem and non-verbal communication for aspiring image consultants worldwide, she delivers top quality service and customer satisfaction by creating customized programs to meet client needs with individualized branding strategies.

Previously, Onorina was an elected official to serving and representing her community in Groton, Massachusetts as Town Clerk from 2003 through 2007. Holding responsibility for daily operations and staff management, she acted as administrator over town legislative issues and oversaw critical time management for elections and town meetings.

Ms. Zinicola delivered numerous accomplishments as Town Clerk. She improved her office’s public image by creating a community gateway, through which she was consistently available to her constituents. She set a precedent as the first Town Clerk to utilize the Community Preservation Act (CPA) to obtain funds for restoration and preservation of historical volumes and gained press coverage in both the Boston Globe and Lowell Sun.

Onorina is an Italian native and is fluent not only in the language but the ever-important philosophy of ‘La Bella Figura,’ which she imparts in her everyday and professional life. As a seasoned veteran in the beauty industry, Angel Kirk has been involved in the business for more than 15 years. Her credentials include holding the title of Mrs. Alaska United States 2005, being a certified Image Consultant and Make-up Artist, dual business owner and wife and mother of two children. Angel has been trained by Meredith Boyd, renowned pageant and bridal make-up artist and by Dr. Joyce Knudsen of The ImageMaker, Inc., renowned Image consultant and public speaker. She is a member of AICI, The Association of Image Consultants International.

Angel has extensive experience in make-up on brides, pageant contestants, Glamour and special occasions. She has worked on many titleholders including our current Mrs. Alaska 2008 Bettsie Wild and Ms. United States, Lauren Wagner in addition to numerous nationally ranked titleholders in the United States pageant system. She travels with Meredith Boyd to national pageants and photo shoots across the U.S. She also assisted in the 2007 Alaska Wild Cheerleaders Calendar photo shoot.

In addition to being in the beauty industry, Angel is also experienced in the business and marketing industry, Angel Kirk has been involved in this business for more than ten years. She is a self made entrepreneur that has owned and operated several businesses; including most recently her own multi-million dollar insurance agency and her very successful salon and spa business. Her credentials also include managing and operating a three-car drag racing team, and holding series 6 & 63 financial planning licenses.

Aileen Lane, FLC is a leading and sought after Image Consultant in Singapore and is the founder and owner of Nutri-Style, a professional development & image consulting company established since November 2005. Aileen is Irish and has lived and worked in Singapore for over 8 years.

Prior to starting her image business Aileen worked for over 9 years in management positions in the food industry. Aileen comes highly qualified, having a degree in Biotechnology, a Masters Degree in Food Engineering and a Postgraduate Diploma in Diet and Nutrition.

Aileen is a Certified Image Consultant and Seminar Leader with The ImageMaker Inc. (USA) and has her colour certification from Color Me A Season Corporation (USA). She is also a certified member of AICI (Association of Image Consultants International) and VP membership for the Local South Asia Singapore Chapter. Aileen co-chairs The Small Business Group within PrimeTime (A professional Women’s Organization in Singapore).

Aileen has conducted image training in many well-known corporations in Singapore such as Standard Chartered Bank, Knight Frank Estate Agents, Galderma, Cornerstone Planners, Sante-Fe Relocation Services, IRAS (Inland Revenue Association of Singapore) and many more. She also lectures in Nutrition each semester at the Singapore Institute of Management University.

Lan Ting, MSc, AICI CIP is a media veteran with expertise in TV production, fashion and beauty journalism, fashion styling, and public relationships before dedicating herself fully to the image industry. Being the columnist of a renowned newspaper, “The Hong Kong Economic Times” and writing numerous articles on fashion and beauty, she authored three books titled, “How to be a Professional Model”, “How to Groom your Image at Outer and Inner side” and, “Image quotient, Little tactic, Great impact”. Lan Ting was currently the image coach for the anchors of all programs of a Hong Kong Cable TV channel and spokespersons, who are top female celebrities in Asia, for the international renowned brand products, Pantene and Head & Shoulders under the P&G Group.

Lan Ting is the founder of Exciting Life Strategic Image Management and the only female in Hong Kong and Mainland China accredited with the qualification of AICI, CIP (Certified Image Professional) by the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI). She has a very strong education background with a Master Degree in Marketing, and a number of professional trainings in fashion styling, image consulting, and personal color analysis. In recent years, she has been providing consultancy services to corporations targeting professionals and executives like CEOs, lawyers, doctors, engineers, accountants, company directors, and many more. She strongly believes that imaging is a combination of both external and internal cultivation, but not simply and solely dependent on physical appearance.
