Aileen Lane is a leading, and sought after Image Consultant in Singapore and is the Founder and Owner of Nutri-Style, a professional development & image consulting company established since November 2005. Aileen is Irish and has lived and worked in Singapore for over eight years. Prior to starting her image business, Aileen worked for over nine years in management positions in the food industry. Aileen comes highly qualified, having a degree in Biotechnology, a Masters Degree in Food Engineering, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Diet and Nutrition.

Aileen is a Certified Image Consultant and Seminar Leader with The ImageMaker Inc. (USA) and has her colour certification from Color Me A Season Corporation (USA). She is a FLC Certified Member of AICI, (Association of Image Consultants International,), and held the VP membership for the Local South Asia Singapore Chapter. Aileen co-chairs The Small Business Group within PrimeTime (A professional Women’s Organization in Singapore). Aileen has conducted image training in many well-known corporations in Singapore such as Knight Frank Estate Agents, Galderma, Cornerstone Planners, Sante-Fe Relocation Services, IRAS (Inland Revenue Association of Singapore) and many more. She also lectures in Nutrition each semester at the Singapore Institute of Management University.

Bonnie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland.

She worked as the Nurse Recruiter at Wuesthoff Hospital in Rockledge, FL. Her responsibilities were setting up recruitment campaigns, interviewing many prospective nurses in all fields, and providing feedback to these women regarding their abilities.

While in this position, Bonnie had the opportunity to pursue further education, and earned an MBA from Nova Southeastern University School of Entrepreneurship in Florida. It was shortly afterward that she left the nursing profession. In 1993, Ms. Rogers became a Cosmetics and Skin Care Consultant with Mary Kay, Inc.

During her first year as a consultant in Mary Kay, Bonnie embedded in her heart Mary Kay Ash’s principles and philosophy, regarding business. As a result, she decided her purpose would be to share her experience with as many women that she could reach by pursuing the Leadership Position of Independent Sales Director.

Bonnie earned her first career car in 1994 and debuted as an Independent Sales Director in May, 1995. One year later she earned her first Pink Career Automobile, the Grand Prix and gave flight to her first offspring Sales Director. That year, Bonnies’ sales unit was named #One New Unit in her National Area, and she was named the #One Rookie Director of the Year.

During the last 14 years, she, along with her sales unit, had accomplished numerous honors, including:

1. Eight out of Ten years her unit finished in the Top 20 units in her National Area…1 year as #Nine and another as #Five unit out of One Hundred Sales Units.
2. Earned the use of the elite and prestigious Pink Cadillac.
3. Honored in the Mary Kay National $300,000 Circle of Achievement two years in a row.
4. Earned Mary Kay’s beautiful diamond Bumble-Bee Pin in the National Court of Recruiting.

Bonnie decided she would expand her business bringing together all her experience, training, and education and leadership skills together. Her love of helping people realize their potential naturally led her to form a Professional Image Consulting Service. Her company was born.

Image Investment Institute, is designed to teach professional image for both men and women who wish to make greater impacts on their prospective employers, customers, clients, and management. Her true passion and purpose is to work with women entrepreneurs to find an individual holistic approach to their own image that will inspire women to reach inside themselves and bring out their best.

Bonnie is certified with a World Renowned Image Research Company operated by Dr Joyce M. Knudsen; The ImageMaker, Inc. She has currently been accepted as an ImageMaker Partner with the rights to teach and mentor other aspiring Image Consultants in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

DeBorah Carr is the Founder and CEO of Carr Image Group, LLC, which is a personal development company based in Colorado. The corporate mission is to provide opportunities that will assist clients in a self assessment journey and to help them establish a plan to achieve their personal development goals. She uses assessment tools and coaching as the way to help her clients recognize where they are and to chart their path to maximum professional and personal growth. DeBorah has 30 years of corporate experience with a major U.S. based airline. Her career began as a Flight Attendant where her primary responsibilities were safety and customer service, she later transitioned into management and corporate training. DeBorah facilitated management and employee training programs in the United States and Internationally in China and Singapore. The subject matter of these programs was multi-faceted and covered customer satisfaction, harassment, discrimination, teamwork and diversity.

DeBorah co-founded The Potter’s Vessels, a non-profit organization, which was affiliated with the Colorado Non-Profit Development Center. She developed and delivered program content and training materials, while serving on the Board of Advisors as the Chairperson. This organization provided world-class customized education and training for young girls and women helping them to build positive image, self-awareness and social etiquette.

DeBorah’s academic achievements include a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She completed Dale Carnegie Leadership Training, and acquired her professional training and certification as an Image Consultant, Etiquette Coach and a Certified Seminar Leader, through Dr. Joyce Knudsen of The ImageMaker, Inc. Additionally, she has completed numerous corporate and self-directed educational pursuits in business, coaching, computer science, image, training, teamwork and diversity.

DeBorah has a strong commitment to personal excellence and her goal is to assist others in discovering and maximizing their individual assets, or in her words their “assetsories”. DeBorah operates on the principle that there is a “winner” inside each of us and that self discovery is the first step to achieving self-actualization, as theorized by Abraham Maslow.

Located in South Carolina, Elaine Wilson is Owner and Founder of Total Image by Elaine and is a member of the Association of Image Consultants International. Elaine trained under Certified Image Master, Dr. Joyce Knudsen of The ImageMaker, Inc. ®

Elaine has dual experience, both on the analytical side and the creative side. Prior to launching her company, Total Image, Elaine spent twelve years teaching skin care and color application as well as training new consultants and mentoring a sales team with Mary Kay Cosmetics.

Her analytical expertise lies in her fourteen years in the Information Technology industry.

She has combined her Image Training with her experience in the cosmetics industry and her corporate experience to help men and women from all walks of life to present themselves in the best possible light. Elaine is now an ImageMaker Associate Trainer who seeks to train others who want to prepare for a professional career in Image Consulting.

Elaine will be training in Nashville with Dr. Joyce Knudsen, AICI CIM and will also be training in South Carolina.

Founder and President of Fox Image & Makeup Artistry and Foxy Faces Makeup Collection Beauty Entrepreneur Sherlyn Fox is an Image Consultant, Professional Media Makeup Artist and cosmetics line owner. She is no doubt a seasoned veteran in the beauty industry. She has been involved with the beauty and media industry for nearly 20 years and has trained to perfect her craft with the best in the business.

She has trained with top professionals in the industry in every aspect of her field such as several Celebrity Makeup Artists, the Leader in Airbrush Makeup Artistry, the Pioneer of Color Methods, and the first Image Master in the industry Dr. Joyce Knudsen AICI CIM, PhD., and is now currently one of Dr. Joyce’s selected mentors. She graduated Cum Laude with a BS in Mgmt. and she also attended Master Barber School to receive a Barber Tech Certificate.

Sherlyn is a FLC certified member of the Association of Image Consultants Intl. and currently working towards her next level of certification (CIP). Sherlyn is not only a Beauty Entrepreneur but held a staff level Management position in the automotive industry for over 15 years. Sherlyn has worked with pageant contestants from several different organizations such as Miss TN and National American Miss but also with many personal clients and brides, celebrities, musicians, multiple CMA events, media campaigns that can be seen in many publications and establishments throughout Music City. She has also worked closely with top entertainment and television companies as well.

Sherlyn has also been featured on radio segments, chosen Who’s Who among American Professionals, voted one of Nashville’s Top Singles in the City in 2007, judged local and national beauty pageants and local cable talent competitions along side many of the industry’s top names. She is also a member of the Country Music Association.

Sherlyn is currently the STYLE Scene Fashion and Beauty Contributor for the bimonthly publication of Cumberland Scene Magazine distributed in central and south eastern regions of Kentucky. Sherlyn is also the AICI ATL Chapter Chairperson of Outreach Programs for Kentucky and Tennessee and serves on the Nomination Committee as well.

In April 2009 Sherlyn launched her private label makeup collection FOXY FACES www.foxyfacesmakeup.com to the public, after years of utilizing the products on set and providing them to students, models, and clients. FOXY FACES Makeup Collection is also a National ANTSO official sponsor for 2009.

SANGEETA S BAHL Founder, Author and Director of Impact Image Consultants is a former Model, Actress and now an Image, Etiquette and Color Consultant for both Men and Women based in Gurgaon India. She has been living in Gurgaon since end of 2005 and found a niche in Image Consultancy and set up a company to provide Services in Appearance, Behavior and Communication.

She became a member of AICI (Association of Image Consultants International) in USA, which is the only body to Certify Image Consultants Internationally. In 2006, using her MBA( UK) business acumen and years of unparalleled International 25years Airline Industry experience, she ventured into Image Consulting after graduating from Image Maker Inc.® with Dr Joyce Knudsen, AICI CIM USA. She opened “IMPACT IMAGE CONSULTANTS” TO Unleash people’s potential and make an Impact.

She holds International Image Certification and has partnered with the First Certified Image Master of AICI to teach Image Consultancy Courses anywhere in the world.. She is also an Certified Executive Master Coach and Seminar Leader.

She also completed her color training from Universal Color system in Australia. She has Trained in Bridal, Fashion and ramp Make up from Kryolan Memphisto Make up Academy Germany. She recently co-authored a book “ Executive Etiquette Power” with other Americans in USA. She launched her book at Habitat centre this January 2010. Currently she is working on her second book about Image Consultancy.

Sangeeta is an avid Toastmaster and currently holds the President status of Gurgaon Toastmasters Club Dist 82. She is an amazing Public speaker who enthralls her audiences with her inspiring stories.

Sangeeta is the FIRST Certified Image Consultant from AICI in India and is soon to Start an AICI INDIA CHAPTER for Aspiring Image Consultants.

She creatively designs seminars and in house presentations to both corporate companies and Individual Clients showcasing and maximizing their needs and presence. Her vivacious personality and practical dynamic approach has been priceless to her clients helping them discover and develop their own sense of identity and style quotient through the chic elements of color, personality and lifestyle .
