COURSE REQUIREMENTS

In order to enroll in this program, the learner must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid high school diploma or GED.

SPECIAL ADVANTAGES

You will receive Certification from The ImageMaker, Inc.

Upon completion of a program, The ImageMaker, Inc. will continue to provide you with mentoring via e-mail, fax or telephone at your request.

Enclosed please find a $1050 deposit to hold one (1) space in a study program of The ImageMaker, Inc. I hereby authorize Dr. Knudsen to charge my credit card each month in the amount of $500.00 until paid.

Payments are charged the 1st of each month. If any payment is refused or does not go through for any reason, learner will have 15 days to correct the deficit. At the end of the fifteen day grace period, a late charge will be levied equal to 10% of the amount due for that installment payment. Checks cannot be substituted for charge payments once this option has been chosen.

Shipping Charges will be added to the second payment due.
